Hello fellow Sparkfriends!

I fell off the wagon HARD last night. I was feeling sorry for myself and ended up at the Taco Bell/Pizza Hut drive thru ordering 3 breadsticks and a Nachos Bell Grande. After shoving all that down, I had a 3 Muskateers. Not my most bright and shining moment. Especially so close to the end of the month and my weigh in day.

I'm doing better today. I had a peanut butter & jelly sandwich for breakfast and a slice of roast beef and turkey lunchmeat for lunch. I am forcing myself to stay away from the candy bar that's in the kitchen.

Anyway, I have a new goal. My cousin is getting married in mid June and while I was cleaning my room I came across a dress that I would love to wear. I've posted a picture below. Getting into this dress is totally doable if I put my mind to it!

Have a great day!

Good advice from Adventure! What led you to fall off the wagon? That's what you need to figure out. If you were starved because you didn't have any good food with you or at home, if you were upset/mad with someone, or if you just really aren't committed to losing weight right now?

That's what I'm sensing -- it's just not the right time right now, your head's not really in the game. That's OK, it happens to everyone! When it becomes important to you again, someone couldn't FORCE you to eat one of those breadsticks!

That's a nice dress! Put your mind to it, the sooner, the better!

Before I start, I gotta say that dress is pretty killer! But one thing I want to bring up is the candy bar on the counter.... if you want to feel an incredibly empowered- destroy it!! It doesn't matter how you do it, get creative, but if there is one thing I've learned, it's that you gotta leave temptation at the store. If a candy bar is your reward for your weight loss goal, then drive or walk to the store when it's time to. I just know if a candy bar was on my counter I would almost create an excuse to it. (yes.. I'm terrible) You can do it girl! I got your back!!
