Hi all !! I completed my 30 day challenge with a bang!! I plan to continue this challenge through this month but im going to add something. I will continue to drink once a week 4 drink maximum and run at least 5 time a week at 5 to 6 miles at a time but instead of 2 days of toning/sclupting im going to do 3 days. So thats 5 days of running and three of those days will be dble workouts so I will run and do a toning dvd. That way I hope by the end of April I will be back to my summer body and if not than I will plug it in until Im back. Any who that is my new challange. I have all ready started the new challenge this week and I have done 2 dble workout and i will do my 3rd tomorrow. If I have time I will pull another dble on Saturday morning just because I can!! Well thats my new challenge and I cant wait to get this first week done. The good news is that I noticed today that my pants are not fitting as tight as they were a week and a half ago so that means I have lost at least a inch on my tummy so yay go me!! keep sparking!!
