Can you believe it--a year has gone by and I am still approximately at the same weight and little has progressed with my goals.
Nonetheless, I begin again--by Thanksgiving I will have lost 40 pounds. HOW? This time I have to eat small portions--return to small portions--a cup no more for any meal--forget about snacks unless apple, banana or handful of nuts. Back to skim or black coffee. Never eat more than 1300 c a day--and nothing but liquid after 5. Sleep 7-9 hours--9PM until 4
Exercise 90 minutes per day
WLL--walk, lift, liquid
BCT-budget, Castano and thrift
