Trying to get back on the track with Insanity

As A Chorus Line running comes to a close I realize that I was not as motivated to be in shape as I could be. I was worried that doing insanity will make my body sore or that I will get less sleep. However, I came to realize I could of just done the 15 min warmup.
It was better than nothing. With that said, I did the fit test today. I usually do the fit test and plyomoetric.. but I realized its better to do little and have the strength to continue the next day than to do extra and be sore tom.
Consistency is key. One of my cast mates told me that its important to have your body conditioned and look good. Be the best you can be, do your work and people will come to respect you.
