Day to day life is always changing, ever evolving. It has Its high moments and its Low moments. We have times of great achievement and time of great failure. Joy and sadness. Well I think you get the point. The question is how do you react to the low tide times in your life. Do you let them defeat you or do you fight back and strive for the hide tide moments. On your journey to a healthier lifestyle things will happen that set you on your heels and make you want to give up, but don't let them. You can be like the ocean wave always leaping back up after falling. You have the strength to reclaim all your achievement and happiness. Be strong and courageous and you can rise again like the ocean tide and the ocean waves.

I have been reading a book of a guy dying, I think it is called "tea/afternoon with Morrie" and in this story a small wave was bouncing and bobbing on the surface until it saw waves crashing on the shoreline. He shouted to the other waves "we are going to die, we are going to die!" and he sobbed his heart out. A bigger wave watched him and said "you still don't understand, do you?
