Darn You Laziness!

Thursday, March 28, 2013

Yep, thatís exactly why I didnít exercise yesterday.

The show went VERY well and we got out around 8pm, which would have given me PLENTY of time to work out.

But of course, I didnít. I went to bed.

I am going to make a promise to myself that I will do 45 minutes on the treadmill tonight. Itíll be a late night, but it has to happen.

Weighing in tomorrowÖ*sighs* I just donít know when Iíll be back to my maintenance range, it seems so far away. Very discouraging stuff.

Pics from Yesterday!

Have a wonderful day SparkBuddies!

You will snap out of it soon and before you know it, you'll be doing jumping jacks:)
You are looking great, keep your spirits up and soar like an eagle, and don't worry about the scale, it will be OK! emoticon
