Reviewing Yesterday's and Setting Today's Goals

My goals from yesterday:
1.) Track all my food
Tracked all my food, but I went way over my range. I think some of this was emotional eating because the events last night (see previous blog)
2.) Drink all my water
I am really liking the pitcher at my desk, I can fill my cup multiple times without having to go to the breakroom. It is here so I am drinking it!
3.) Walk Tucker
We had a lovely 25 min walk, I only got in a mile but there were just so many trees to stop and smell.
4.) Get on the Elliptical
Got in 30 min. Bringing me closer to 1000 min goal for March! I will get that trophy!
5.) Clean out 2 email folders
I ran out of time in the work day, but I did get one folder cleaned up.
Goals for today
1.) Track all my food.
2.) Drink my water.
3.) Walk Tucker.
4.) Get on the Elliptical.
5.) Clean up my Manual Entered Foods on the Nutrition Tracker.
6.) Make to do list for Friday and Saturday.
