Going Back to the Gym Today or Biking 45 Minutes.

My energy is still low, but I think it's time to go back to the gym. Of course, we have to go to church tonight, so biking may be more realistic. But, I'm going to have my husband take me in the mornings. I'm going to start with an hour because I still may have to go to the stupid E.R. (which I am not angry about much). He would have taken me today, but he had a job interview early in the morning, which is awesome! Whatever I do, I'm pushing for 60 minutes each day, even if they're slow minutes.
So, today, I started off with a healthy breakfast (except for the sliver of pizza). I made a yogurt fruit parfait with cheerios. My son asked for one, and he ate some of it. Of course, he also asked for Nachos, which is a ridiculous choice for breakfast, but seeing how I had to have a taste of pizza, I made him a small batch.
Anyway, today, besides making awesome food choices, I'm going back to measuring my food and lowering my fat intake. The truth is besides the pudgy belly, I haven't gained that much weight, but I feel heavy.
We also think we found a cheaper place to live! Just down the street. The rent is cheaper, and the landlord knows our dog. Plus, he pays for most utilities, which is awesome.
Well, I have to get back to work.
