I want to try to keep a visual food log for what I take to work to eat during the week. I work from 7-ish until 4-ish M-F, so I take breakfast and lunch and snacks with me. I'm a bored eater, so there's lots of little things to munch on, so I can pretty much eat all day when I'm bored, but not eat a lot of calories. All of these are tracked in the food tracker too.
Yesterday, Wednesday the 27th.
Today, Thursday the 28th.
And there you have it. 2 days of breakfasts and lunches.
