I am looking for it. :)
I haven't wanted to exercise these past days, but I am eating good, just not exercising. I have been walking outdoors, hoping that would motivate me to walk some more, but I am bored, tired, and just plain old done. I just don't want to lift another leg, check another nutrient, log another meal. I'm tired.
But I can't allow myself to fall back into that old trap of telling myself, "Next Monday." Today is my Monday and I have to do something today.
So, here's to my personal kick-in-the-butt.
