Hi There!

Life is getting crazy but I wanted to let y'all know I'm still here. :)

As far as goals I let a little wheat into my life (small doses, just a couple of random times. Totally wasted on stupid unhealthy things like a bite of pie crust, panko breaded tilapia, and popcorn chicken - what?!?) and I paid for it. Luckily it seems those cravings have once again subsided.

Exercising hasn't been what I'd call consistent. But shopping and meal planning (plus doing make-ahead meals) has been spot-on this week. So that's a win at least!

Today I woke up to yoga practice. It's amazing what the sun is shining brightly, the weather warming and some yoga does for attitude and motivation. Hopefully this means a good start to the holidays and the week ahead. Hope the sun is shining where you are!

    Sounds like your doing pretty well! Teh meal thing is way harder then exercise so once you have the routine down pat you can find the time to exercise!
