Where do I start to get back on track?

Dealing with everything from my full time job to my sons terrible mental issues to mine, and not getting the help that I am needing and just being pushed around. I use food as my crutch, along with caffine! I am not sure how to get control of my life and food with so much going on all the time!

    I totally agree with the previous posts. Don't try to fix or change everything at once, but focus on small steps. Take care of yourself, and make YOU a priority in some small way each day. emoticon emoticon

    I think by picking one small thing at a time and as that becomes habit, starting another. Pick something small so you won't be too overwhelmed. emoticon I don't know what is going on in your life specifically, but I can relate.

    Dealing with health issues is always hard! Even worse when u can't get help with the issues going on! Think about one thing u can do for yourself: eat a piece of fruit, pb and j with crackers, a walk around the block or even your house... any one thing that will give u a break.. when things are out of control for me that's what i do. one decision for myself.. emoticon
