Wednesday - Jillian Michaels Circuit Training

I didn't get this done. I was going to do this after I got home from work before making dinner, but the more I looked at the recipe, it was going to take more prep time than I thought, so I didn't have time to get this in. So it's a good thing that my Turbo Fire schedule had that as my Rest Day.
I was over my calories for the day. I guess I should have only had 1 serving of the Cheesy Chicken Lasagna but it was just so darn good. I have added the recipe to SparkRecipes if anyone is interested.
I got my water in for the day.
Day 2 of 3 for workouts for the week!
