I have a confession to make. I've been skipping the gym. It started off innocently enough - bad weather, working extra shifts, life kicking my butt. I missed a few nights for reasons beyond my control and within a few weeks, I was out of the habit. I keep telling myself I will get back there and I keep NOT going. I love the gym, so I'm not sure why I have this attitude.

So my goal for April? Get back to the gym!

You've taken the first steps ---recoginizing & confessing skipping your gym workouts. I find that if I miss even one, it is so easy to set a trend of not doing even one work out, so I try to do something everyday. April is going to be my month as well to focus more on excercise than I have been. Let's do it!

I completely, I missed going for several nights. Now I just get in the groove, I go once then missed a week, go once then miss another week. Maybe its spring fever!

You can do it! It is so easy to fall into that trap but you can easily get back to it as you got out of it. Remind yourself of the benefits and how you feel after you workout. Dont give up!!

It's hard to get back into the exercise habit once you stop, or miss a few sessions. Make yourself go and aim for just 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes if you feel good, keep going, if not, en you can quit.

That is so easy to do! Life gets so busy, and we stop making ourselves a priority. Hope you get back to "putting yourself on the list" soon! emoticon emoticon
