Juicing day 5-- smaller tummy

I have a forever goal of watching my tummy go away. Well an easy way that is working is juicing. We started about 5 days ago juicing to replace 1 meal. So far my favorite combination is apples, kale, celery, italian parsley and celery.

If I can continue this I will continue feeling amazing and losing a tummy that I have grown accustomed to far too long. The work involved is little, just buying more produce and planning just a little more. Bye bye tummy, we don't need to hang this much anymore..
