Day 15

Today was not a good goal day for me, lol. I am not going to be tough on myself about it, but I will focus on what I know I can do to control days like this.

Yesterday, I ordered a pizza for supper for a treat for hubby. A surprise. It was from Pizza Hut, new pizza to our area, Cheesy Crust pizza. I am not a fan of Pizza Hut, so I figured I would not care for it. So, I ate a piece for supper. Well, I was sooo good. The crust had a sweet taste. That is my addiction, is sugar and starches. I ended up eating 2 whole pieces and sharing a 3rd one with Zeus.

So here goes my stats for yesterday:

60 minutes walking
1763 calories
10 water
3 fruits and veggies

Not a very good day...but lesson learned...

So it is now Thursday. I am going to exercise, do laundry and tan. Maybe I can fit a nap in today, as I feel very sleepy emoticon today. I think it is a result of what I ate yesterday. Back to whole foods today. I have lots of them, emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon as I went grocery shopping yesterday. Spark emoticon

    Two pieces of pizza isn't horrible. It is more the sodium that is the problem. Just continue to drink your water and throw in a cup of green tea for measure. Stay off the scale for a few days until you level out.

    Dont beat yourself up over a little extra pizza, walk around the block again or a extra 5 minutes on the treadmill or some pushups...But aint that pizza good huh??? We are having chinese tonight me and the wife, and she has to drive 25 minutes to get it one way...that tellls you how good we like it...but i will ride a extra 5 on Silver before the Buckeyes take on Arizona tonight...yehaw emoticon emoticon

    Pizza demon got me twice this week--little shop in my building sells slices that are amazing. Glad I'm off work to avoid that trap again! emoticon
