Today was not a good goal day for me, lol. I am not going to be tough on myself about it, but I will focus on what I know I can do to control days like this.
Yesterday, I ordered a pizza for supper for a treat for hubby. A surprise. It was from Pizza Hut, new pizza to our area, Cheesy Crust pizza. I am not a fan of Pizza Hut, so I figured I would not care for it. So, I ate a piece for supper. Well, I was sooo good. The crust had a sweet taste. That is my addiction, is sugar and starches. I ended up eating 2 whole pieces and sharing a 3rd one with Zeus.
So here goes my stats for yesterday:
60 minutes walking
3 fruits and veggies
Not a very good day...but lesson learned...

So it is now Thursday. I am going to exercise, do laundry and tan. Maybe I can fit a nap in today, as I feel very sleepy
today. I think it is a result of what I ate yesterday. Back to whole foods today. I have lots of them,
as I went grocery shopping yesterday. Spark
