Ch 10, Day 54

Snow. Yes, again. Poor little crocus that had bloomed. I must say, the weather has dampened my enthusiasm for an outdoor walk for today. Brrrrr. I may use the weather as an excuse not to exercise unless I have a change of heart through today.

I should ignore the weather, and get out, but it will have to be after grand baby goes home as I woke late. I didn't sleep well last night from overeating ice cream.....boy my digestive system objected. It knows what is not good for it, even if I don't!

DAY'S POSITIVES
After today, the holiday weekend will begin, as it is the last day this week that I have grandbaby.
Client year end tax preparation of their books are all over to the accountants....oh yeah, I already stated that positive a few days ago....still...I am LOVING having this work behind me. My busy season is officially OVER!

DAY'S PLANS
Eat healthy if I do nothing else.
Sit grandbaby
Reconsider getting an out door walk in today

Wishing you a healthy and fit day!

Yes, ignore the weather and walk anyway. Sorry to hear about the crocuses but it happens.

You know, lots of people develop lactose intolerance because eating milk or dairy products in general isn't exactly natural. In fact we are the only mammals on earth that continue to eat dairy products after we've been weaned. Be careful with that ice cream!
