My 3 good things for today..

#1- I slept last night! WOO HOO! I am thinking thru the night, I dont remember waking up.. #2 - I only hit my snooze alarm once this morning. #3 - tomorrow is payday!

I need to try some stretching this morning. My joints feel tight and achy.I just havent been feeling right the last few weeks. I feel very anxious also this morning. No real reason to be, just am.

I hate when I feel like this cause I know and am sure it is all "mental" and I know I should and can do something to change it, but dont. I have been reading this book called "the secret of letting go". Its one of those self help kind of books that makes so much sense yet no sense at all, all at the same time. Do I need feeling like this in my life? NO! Ok, then stop it! Ok... (ya right) wish it were that simple.

Well, I need to go do my trackers for the day then get ready for work. Hmm for today I think I will try and only think good thoughts and not write anything negative. The only way to be positive is to act positive.

So here I go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
