March 28, 2013 – 16th Day – Weight is back up again to 166.8!!!!! UGH!! emoticon
What is the deal?????? I just want to cry!! I am hoping that it is just because I haven’t felt well and that I may not be drinking enough water. I will have to work on drinking more water. It’s just not what I want when I am sick. I also have not been to the gym, but my boss/Advocare Coach says that I can lose weight without exercise while I am on Advocare. Of course… this may be a ploy to get me to buy more product from her, too! I’m not sure. I know one thing… I am sick of being sick!!!!
Hubby finished the floors yesterday. YAY! My Spring Break starts tomorrow. I will be busy moving things back into my office/craft room during that time. I had also hoped to clean out my closet and hopefully be able to fit into some of my clothes better by now! Maybe I should wait and do that towards the end of next week. Maybe I will have lost a few more pounds by then. It would also be fun to go shopping for NEW clothes!! But…. That is going to have to wait. All I can do is to keep trying.

    Concentrate on getting well. Drink a lot of herbal tea it will make you feel better and stay hydrated.

    The spring cleaning will help keep your mind off eating. Drinking lots of water (at least 8 cups daily) helps you to feel fuller. Please don't be discouraged. Keep tracking your food and working out. I use a treadmill and sometimes only 5 or 10 minutes at different times throughout the day. It seems to help me.
    Hang in there, girl. You can do it.
