Cleaning Up Your Act

I need to work on this quote. I will admit that my life is a little cluttered. I am often in the middle of a mess. I sometimes can't find things or get it together . I am an unorganized , free spirit. In other words I am in trouble.P.S. I used to be a lot worse. Thank God I changed.

If you plan on going to the gym or working out anywhere, then you need to be organized. Get your work clothes or work out clothes ready the night before.
If you are a walker or runner have your fanny pack ready with healthy snacks, water ,and a place to put your id's and keys.
If you are going to the gym have a bag packed with extra clothes towel and shower supplies, shower shoes don't forget a good book. No time to shower bring some wet wipes and a small bottle of perfume , and a water bottle.

Have your breakfast ready or at least have some idea what you are making in the morning. Granola bars and hard boiled eggs,yogurt, or a peanut butter sandwich is a great before or after workout breakfast add fruit and cheese and you are done.
Have a clean uncluttered kitchen, grocery shop and have all your healthy foods ready to go.

A clean house makes it easier to get up and go and spend some quality me time exercising. If you have a home gym keep it clean and free of interruptions. Make a sign work in progress when they see it your family should learn to leave you alone.!!!

At home keep the tv off so you won't get drawn into the box and miss your workouts. Hide your books so there will be no sitting and losing yourself for hours. And hide the cell phone . It will also be a good idea to let your friends and family know what time you are working out .

Spend less time with needy friends or obnoxious people ( this could be family) that eat up all of your time and leave you feeling drained and unable to do anything never mind working out or eating right.

Schedule your appointments after your workouts. I would rather go to the doctor sweaty and out of breathe ,then sit in his office for hours and miss my workout.

There really is no excuse not to work out or eat healthy . It maybe a little difficult at times but you can find the opportunity to succeed at weight loss. I know YOU CAN DO IT!!!! HUGS .     All good ideas! I know someone who was taught that you shouldn't leave your house until it is clean enough to bring company home with you. She lives up to this too. If I were to impose such a rule upon myself, I'd never leave home! lol

    Good one Jo , you know that heavy house cleaning burns a ton of calories. So true I get my ingredients ready the night before that means planning the meals ahead so you do not get in sticky situation. My trunk is full of exercise bags - one for the pool , one for Jazzercise and a back pack for my bike - no room for added food !! All I do is bring water to my car , all my equipment is cleaned right after I workout , or the swim suit is replaced with a dry suit and I am ready for the next workout. Yes , it takes time at first but then becomes a habit. I look at like this if you have a child you are packing a diaper bag , so why not pack yourself a bag too , if need it you pack it !!     I'm in the middle of a Challenge with my RL friend - clear out a drawer, shelf, cupboard, corner every day - recycle, re-use, etc. She is shredding - I had a bonfire in the BBQ - all the confidential paperwork that needs to go. Making space for abundance to flow and make it easier to manage.

    I have my work cut out for me this weekend. Everyone is coming for Easter so cleaning house is a must, starting on Good Friday after church. Thanks for all the good tips to clean up my act. HUGS!

    We all could be a little more 0rganized but if we are trying then we are moving in the right direction.
    I work out at the gym and have a locker there so on Monday i take in all my clothes for the week so i can go anytime and workout. if i am coming straight home i just wear my gym clothes home. if I do not then I bring them home in a reused plastic bag.
    I do my lunch that i take to work the night before so when I get ready to leave it is already made so i know i will eat a healthy lunch.

    friend and she is draining all my energy. I used
    to see her every day to go for walks with. Now I go
    on my own and see her maybe once in 10 days. It is
    hard but I know I have to do this. I am messy and
    am trying really hard to be neater. I am always

    I went to a retirement seminar straight after a
    circuit class workout. I wasn't going to miss my
    exercise for anyone. We can do this. emoticon
