I need to work on this quote. I will admit that my life is a little cluttered. I am often in the middle of a mess. I sometimes can't find things or get it together . I am an unorganized , free spirit. In other words I am in trouble.P.S. I used to be a lot worse. Thank God I changed.
If you plan on going to the gym or working out anywhere, then you need to be organized. Get your work clothes or work out clothes ready the night before.
If you are a walker or runner have your fanny pack ready with healthy snacks, water ,and a place to put your id's and keys.
If you are going to the gym have a bag packed with extra clothes towel and shower supplies, shower shoes don't forget a good book. No time to shower bring some wet wipes and a small bottle of perfume , and a water bottle.
Have your breakfast ready or at least have some idea what you are making in the morning. Granola bars and hard boiled eggs,yogurt, or a peanut butter sandwich is a great before or after workout breakfast add fruit and cheese and you are done.
Have a clean uncluttered kitchen, grocery shop and have all your healthy foods ready to go.
A clean house makes it easier to get up and go and spend some quality me time exercising. If you have a home gym keep it clean and free of interruptions. Make a sign work in progress when they see it your family should learn to leave you alone.!!!
At home keep the tv off so you won't get drawn into the box and miss your workouts. Hide your books so there will be no sitting and losing yourself for hours. And hide the cell phone . It will also be a good idea to let your friends and family know what time you are working out .
Spend less time with needy friends or obnoxious people ( this could be family) that eat up all of your time and leave you feeling drained and unable to do anything never mind working out or eating right.
Schedule your appointments after your workouts. I would rather go to the doctor sweaty and out of breathe ,then sit in his office for hours and miss my workout.
There really is no excuse not to work out or eat healthy . It maybe a little difficult at times but you can find the opportunity to succeed at weight loss. I know YOU CAN DO IT!!!! HUGS .
