Last month I gained weight during my TOM, I pretty much always do but this time with the help of being part of a team challenge and reading up and being prepared I was ready for it.
I pushed through and did my exercised even when I was feeling heavy and bloated and just like crap. You know what I discovered? Working out seems to help with my cramps, I mean I still got them but they were not as debilitating as normal. Exercise also seemed to help with bloating and back pain.
Normally I pretty much give in to all my craving or feel like I'm struggling the whole time but I've stuck to my menu planning and have not given into my cravings. i did have some dark chocolate but totally stayed within my calories.
Now I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this will still result in a weight-loss, at the very least I'm hoping it keeps me the same weight so I don't cost my team any points.
