Today's Sparkcoach lesson has me thinking about my emotional eating triggers
The common emotions that trigger eating for me are: stress and boredom
Today's lesson was talking about the fact that eating when you feel emotional is a choice. This choice becomes habit.
I can choose to make a different choice. I can choose to break the pattern. I can choose to control my emotions, rather than letting my emotions control me and lead me to the fridge.
Now that I am able to name the problem, will be spending some time thinking of ways to break this unhelpful habit.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
