Progress in weight loss

I want to update you all in how I have been doing. Today it was 4 weeks since I started the Curves Complete program, and I had my measurements done.

I am encouraged by the results. I have lost inches, lost in my BMI, lost fat in my body, which means I am building muscle, I am growing in strength, getting stronger, and enjoying learning to eat better.
I also wrote earlier about my goal to increase my steps to 10,000/day. I am up to 7,000/day this week. I have made my goals on most days. I have been having some trouble with my feet cramping up, but it is manageable, and I am doing okay. Each week I think how am I going to do this, but then I usually exceed what the goal is for that week.
The 5% Winter challenge I am participating in is going well. I am supposed to loose 11 lbs in the 8 weeks. We are half way through and I have lost 7.25 lbs, so I think I might make it. My next real goal is to get to 200 and then 199 so that I can get my new mattresses, but after that my major goal is to get below what my husband weighs which is around 191-195. II will really celebrate when that happens.
Oh and last week I got down on the floor to play with my granddaughter. She was at my house, and we played on a blanket on the carpet. She is 8 months old tomorrow. I backed myself up onto the couch to get up from the floor. This was difficult, but I did it. As I loose weight this will become easier.
I AM SO VERY ENCOURAGED BY MY PROGRESS, AND LOOKING FORWARD TO A MUCH HEALTHIER LIFE.
