Well, it is my birthday today. I am not doing so good on the weight loss. In fact I think that I have gained almost all of the weight back. Not sure though. I guess that I need to find out what I should be doing for exercises. Have been tracking my food. Also, I have a pedometer but I don't know if I am using it right or not. Or how it works. That is all for tonight.
