I joined the plateau busting SparkCoach program even though I'm fine with my weight where it is, but my waist seems to be backsliding. Not a lot, it's just kind of like things are settling differently. I think a lot of it was that I have not been using my treadmill. I was very happy with how walking on the treadmill toned my midsection.
But then I broke my toe and for a couple of weeks I just ate less. Then started using my exercycle. I'm back to walking now but have not used my treadmill yet. So I'd like to get back to that.
I am also recommitting to alternating core and pushups on my strength days. I have kept up my primary strength exercise, pulldowns, throughout the toe drama. The toe is fine, it may have a little residual stiffness.
On the up side, my face is noticeably thinner than it was 10 weeks ago even though my weight is basically unchanged. I'll have to take a picture!
