A Wintry Spring Day in March

I have been in a major rut lately. And by lately, I mean for the past 3 months. I have not yet lost a single pound in 2013. That is not a good start to the year! I have been bouncing between 144 and 146 for 3, three, THREE months. I'm getting frustrated and at times, just think "Why bother?!"

I'm also not tracking like I should be and I'm not managing my snacking like I should be. I know the problem is me. I'm going to blame the weather anyway. Winter has drug on for way too long. I'm hoping I can use the upcoming 50 degree days (ha!) to catapult me into a successful spring.

No advice... no deep reflections. I'm in a rut and I know it. I know how to fix it but am lacking the motivation and will power to do so. One step at a time!

    The emoticon hopefully will be out soon and then the motivation is a lot easier. At least for me that is how it goes.
