THE AMAZING RACE to see what I can do in 12 wks when I consciously put my mind to losing this excess weight!
I am very time-challenged right now... April is Birthday Month for my family so I am up to my ears in surprise-planning and temptation along with Easter temptations and plans... along with my crazy, deadlines to create important paintings in time for two international shows... along with internet problems.
So, whether you hear from me very often, KNOW that I am thinking of MY TEAM with every food choice I make!

MY DAILY GOALS — THESE NEXT TWO-WEEKS:
**** Make healthy choices
**** RESIST CARBS! - resist wheat & sugar these next 2 weeks, it'll be worth it!!!
**** Track my food, every bite! NO EXCUSES!
**** 20 min Exercise + Participate in Challenges
**** Drink my water 8 (8 oz.) glasses at least
**** Get proper sleep 6 to 8 hours each day
**** Take My Vitamins!
**** ELIMINATE EXCUSES- Make CONSCIOUS CHOICES & Celebrate each time I don't listen to my "Inner Con-Artist!"
EASTER PLANS: My daughter and son-in-law are coming over for Easter and they have invited friends. Normally, I cook a "Paula Deen"-style fattening holiday foods but I am doing so well with my weight loss that I don't want to be tempted... I KNOW I am not strong enough to resist my good cooking.
Sooo, I'm planning to bake my Ham but instead of the fattening sides, I'm going to make my Roasted Veggies recipes.sparkpeople.com/
and add fresh Pineapple to the veggies (pineapple and ham go great together)... this recipe will give us the Sweet Potatoes & the side veggies all in one healthy dish without the butter and sugars normally associated with holiday recipes. I might even throw some cashews into the pan to roast along with the veggies & pineapple to make it special. YUM!!!
My guests are just going to need to deal with it!
