Well today I woke up at 5:30 and couldn't get back to sleep. So I decided to be proactive and get some house cleaning chores done. I surprised my husband and washed dishes for him while he was golfing. (He usually does them but we are a team.)
Next chore was sorting and washing the clothes. I decided to use my down time to get in some exercise. I did a cardio workout video and some strength training moves in between loads of laundry. I also got in extra steps by putting one or 2 things away at a time.
Later I went for a 15 minutes walk to get the mail. I still didn't have my 10,000 steps in so my husband took me to a nature spot and we walked together for about 20 minutes. So the day was not really a wash at all!
