To be Organic or Not to Be...

This week, I thought I would go mostly organic. Lunch, breakfast, snacks all organic. Dinner not so much.

I do admittably feel better, my mood, my energy level, bloat wise, better. Cravings even, better. Is it the organic thing or not?? I don't know, but I started out a warn out and stressed and as of today, day 3 of organic life. I am less tired, less stressed...not yet 100% free of either.

I also have less bloat which say's a lot right now (time of month).

I am going to keep going through the week. Not worry so much over the weekend about being organic but it is on again next week.

The one downfall...it hurts the wallet!
