Last Monday I started the Fat Flush plan with my boot camp instructor, Lisa Dumont. I have cut out dairy, sugar and bread from my diet and increased green veggies and protein. I get to have one cheat day a week. Last week it was my birthday, Saturday so I cheated on that day. I found that I was not as bad as I had anticipated. I was able to have my smoothie I was craving and had a regular potato rather than a sweet potato or Yukon Gold and I had some birthday cake. This week I will save my cheat day for Easter Sunday. I have also increased my exercise to 5 days a week minimum and as soon as the snow clears up I will start running. I have never been much of a runner so this should be interesting. I am hoping to run at least one 5K before the mud run 5K on June 1st!
