I am feeling a bit angry and frustrated right now and my head hurts.
I'm not going to waste time complaining about why i'm just going to take deep breaths and finish this and hope it passes..
and tell myself chasity make dinner. do the things you have to do. this will pass. today is not a bad day just because you have a bad moment...and i hope that i feel less weak when its over..

Life is what I make of it and I'm not going to let a slap make me fall to my knees.

Positives in being angry enough to cry--
I look like a raccoon now. I love raccoons

    That's something that I learned in therapy and try to practice - that any emotions, positive and negative - are all temporary. I am trying to practice that when they are negative, ultimately they will pass and when they are positive, I am working on enjoying them fully. You are doing great, my friend! Hang in there.
