I am feeling a bit angry and frustrated right now and my head hurts.
I'm not going to waste time complaining about why i'm just going to take deep breaths and finish this and hope it passes..
and tell myself chasity make dinner. do the things you have to do. this will pass. today is not a bad day just because you have a bad moment...and i hope that i feel less weak when its over..
