Yep love my training!! I have been doing it everyday. Just 15-2o minutes. And sometimes when the log is wrong it kills my collar bone! On one hand I am happy it isn't covered by fat but today's beating makes me wish for a small layer!!
My fam thinks this kinda stuff is normal!
Day 1 caber toss practice
My sweat shirt shrunk(I still wear it to channel Rocky when I practice) but my 10s do not look awful!
I love practicing this! Its hard, takes strength and when its time to toss in competition I hope to score a 12oclock with a heavy caber!
