Just over two months ago everything was going so smoothly and then I had "house guests" for 6 weeks and suffered through their problems with them. It took a lot out of me when my lifestyle was disrupted, and I've spent the past month trying to get my life back on track. Of course, I gained a few pounds back (only about 6 in as many weeks), so that's not so bad, but still a setback. But today I decided to get my act together again and regain my healthy state of mind, body and spirit.
Look out world, and all those who would hinder me. I'm not only writing in my food tracker, but keeping a diet journal besides. I'm scoring points for my good choices and setting a goal to be in the terrific two's by my birthday in June. I took a SPARK QUIZ today to see how prepared and willing I am to reach my goals. As I took the quiz, I realized my attitude was not top notch and raring to go! Boo to that
