I have a few minutes before church so I thought I should do my update.

First off I am trying VitaCoco-coconut water. SP radio had a segment about it and I thought, why not. I bought 2 yesterday--a SoBE brand, and VitaCoco. The SoBe one was ok, it has stevia in it and I always have issues with artificial sweeteners so I think I will not have it again. It had 65mg of potassium, while the VC has 470mg. Maybe this will be a good thing to have when I cannot take another banana!

I also tried some of my ranch dressing mix -mentioned in previous blog- I used it with greek yogurt and made a "dip"-it was AWESOME! I am seeing lots of good things about greek yogurt-and I know the protein #'s are good so maybe this will help me use it more.

The Bootcamp video I did yesterday (#7) really worked some new places. I am feeling those muscles-lol.

My eating is still on the light side but I'm trying to choose the best things I can without getting my gut all torn up again!

I have walked the dogs 3x's today-and expect we will again tonight.
I also rode my bike about 10 minutes and walked 3 1/2 miles at the walking track. If you read my posts a lot you will probably connect the dots and be able to guess the weather in my area based on the activity---SUNSHINE-BEAUTIFUL SUBNSHINE!!!!

Well I better get my self together for tonight. I have 12 preK kiddos that I teach on Wed nights.

    Wow you are doing great. I love greek yogurt and using it for sauces. emoticon emoticon
