5 pounds to go and I will be back to my -100 pound mark! (414-314) Woo Hoo!
I can't wait till 299, Im having a party! And then, 275...then, 250...then.....!!
I squeezed in 30 minutes on my bike this morning. I had to go to work early, my only early day this week. It was SO hard to get out of bed but there I was, 7am...pedaling away. I plan on doing a little more tonight, but I am sore.
I have been trying to drink a bottle of water before I exercise, this morning I didn't have time so I think that might make a difference. I read somewhere that your muscles need water to repair themselves or so they aren't damaged by exercise??
