"Wheat free and what I learned along the way"

This is too close to my heart not to share. Those 45 bullet points could have been written by me! Oh wait... I don't have a Vitamix (but I can dream, right?)

I have NOT been wheat free for over a year but I have limited my wheat intake tremendously over the last 8 years with the odd indulgence... ok, I was on vacation in Holland, staying with my mom, the bread is awesome in Europe! My body rebelled after 2 weeks of eating bread and couldn't take anymore..

    I love this. Lis, do you know what I noticed since starting the Plan?

While I thought we were eating whole foods before and our trash production was low, it is nearly non-existen now. A green affect that I did not anticipate!

    I'm beginning to see the benefits of this. But it's everywhere and so hard to ignore (especially when there are so many lovely breads and cakes) . No wonder we struggle - thanks for posting!
