So frustrated with myself and my lack of commitment. Today not only did I not go to gym, I ate chinese food for lunch. Now I have that infamous bloated feeling that only sodium filled can cause and a headache. Every time I look at myself I see room for improvement, but for some reason I can not commit to make the damn changes. I don't even like chinese food smh. Anyhow, will get a green juice to help add my veggie intake and get some of this stuff out my system, and try to walk a few laps, after I pick up baby.
