So I normally weigh in on Wednesdays, however I also normally weigh in on the first day of the month, yeah not April lol. Easter will be a big splurge day and while I know logically it shouldn't make a big difference in my weight or measurements I'm still going to weigh in and measure that morning. I figured rather than weigh today and again Sun I'll just wait. And that gives me a few extra days to burn some calories LOL.
Not going to push too hard bc my left knee is starting to bother me, so I'll be sticking to low impact I think just to be safe, just walking, or actually if I want a higher cal burn I might go with step-ups bc surprisingly they don't hurt my knees.
