Just read about the April challenge - I am SO going to do this! I have the hardest time waking up/moving first thing, so I know that I cannot do my runs at that time (I can get through them, but don't push myself like I need to while 1/2 marathon training).
I commit to get up 10 minutes early every day in April and spend those 10 minutes exercising - resistance band arms, jumping jacks, crunches, etc. Here's to an extra 10 minutes of exercise a day in April!
