Day 86 - Fitness

26 minutes - 2 cardio videos

Day 32 - All day tracking

Breakfast - tracked
Lunch - tracked
Dinner - tracked
Snacks - tracked

I decided that when I can, I will track the entire day of planned meals and snacks. That way I have more control of my caloric intake. I will know my numbers. Of course, I can edit later, if necessary.

    I find it easier to get a good balance of Carbs/Fats/Proteins when I plan ahead.
