I didn't work out for 3 days...and I think my body enjoyed it cuz I slept really good those nights, lol. But I am back on track...and I need to keep at it, especially in the next few weeks. Its a busy three weeks for me because the semester is wrapping up and it seems like I have a lot more to do than normal.
and I've found that working out has helped with my stress and when I'm feeling rather blah. Today, I was feeling blah and took me most of the morning/afternoon to get myself to work out but the fact is, I did work out and I'm glad I did. I feel better. I think I'll feel better and cleaner after a shower, haha.
Tomorrow I don't have morning class, so the time that I usually sit in class, I'm going to try and work out that way I don't have to do it later in the afternoon.

    Sounds bizarre, but like if you have a favorite exercise, every time you get up from studying, or whatever (like to use the restroom), you can train yourself to do like 25 reps of your favorite exercise and grab a glass of water?
