Now, this is the first time that I can actually post something food related other than making changes.
So, normally, I'm a happy person. But I don't FEEL happy all the time. I mean, sure, I celebrate the good, mourn the bad, I always thought that I was normal. Some things would bother me more than others, but mostly, I thought that I was happy.
I recently read that what you eat can affect your moods. So I was looking at what foods they say do that. One was spinach. I eat spinach daily, in my smoothies and in my afternoon salad.
After a few weeks of changing my diet, I actually realized, I FEEL freaking AMAZING. I am HAPPY all the time ALL the time!!! Sure, things annoy me, but I just seriously feel like I'm on cloud 9! Is this my diet? Well, this is the FIRST time I have eaten this healthy. Every other time I have lost weight, I have never eaten this great. ALL of those times I have worked out. So it can't be the workouts, it HAS to be the food!
I wish I had known that I could feel this amazing. I'm glad I know now!
