Here are the results of my treadmill session last night! There were two 8-minute miles in there and 2 under 10-minute miles. The rest is warm-up, cool down and some intermittent walking.
I have been having trouble with my calves feeling shredded after I run but it seems to be healing a little faster every time I push it.
There you have it...almost 10k in about 65 minutes!
