at the expense of my pants. Seriously. I can't button the majority of my pants. As someone who wears pants every single day, this is a problem. I'm too chicken to weigh myself, but the last time I stepped on the weird scale at work, it hit 178. UGH. I don't trust the scale, but considering that my pants don't fit, I'm thinking it's more realistic than not.
It's also a problem that my dress and veil are in at the store, and I'm putting off going into pay it off and start my alterations, because I can't button my pants. If I can't button my pants, how the HECK am I going to get into my dress?
That being said, I'm starting an April challenge for myself.
For 30 days in April I will:
Get up and eat a healthy breakfast. At a decent hour, every day.
Take part in the wall sit portion of the Shrinking Jeans Kick A*s April challenge, AND a Sparkpeople fitness video every day.
Pack my food for work instead of eating in the food court. (Hello saving 100.00/month!)
I will drink at least half my body weight in water EVERY DAY. No excuses. Assuming that I weigh 178, that means 90 oz of water; or approximately 12 cups of water. 3 1L bottles. I can do that!
