I think I went through this back when I first started exercising. I am hungry ALL the bloody time, the last few days.
I drink water, I drink tea, I try to have a lite snack and it only makes me hungrier. Hence, I have been a little over calories. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH
I want one of those huge ass cupcakes from down stairs. They are so drool worthy. I could sneak one. I don't think the FTEs will rat me out. I just had my snack (actually I had double snack) and I'm still starving. I HATE THIS.
So far, other than over eating a little, I have managed to stick to my plan from Monday.
