IT doesn't work unless I do! (Day 29)

Day 29 of my 90 day challenge.

does it really matter what "IT" is? What ever we set out to do, what ever the challenge, the goal, the vision.... we have to do the work! We have to be consistent!

I got serious again yesterday about my 7 DAILY HABITS and found I am slipping in a number of areas.... note to self... do not take vitamins 2 hours after I eat ~ YUK I was so nauseated I had to lie down.

I don't drink nearly enough water!

So before I go to yet another professional to find out why I feel the way I do ~ I am going to do that which I already know... no sense paying someone to tell me to eat healthy, exercise, take vitamins, get enough sleep and exercise! Once I have these 7 DAILY habits nailed down if I still lack the energy and feel the way I do I will go to a naturalpath and get accessed!

My 7 Daily Healthy Habits:

1. 7 - 8 hours sleep
2. Quiet Time, Prayer, Meditation and Gratitude
3. Drink 8 cups of water
4. 30 minutes exercise (walk at least 4 times a week)
5. Track my HEALTHY diet & Exercise (in Sparkpeople)
6. Take my vitamins
7. DeClutter for 15 minutes (5 - 6 days a week)

Many other items of balance come into place when I do the above... Consistently! Yup it's a lifestyle!

    I finally have my water habit down. DD bought me a great water bottle that holds 2 cups of water. I keep it with me all day and fill it as soon as it gets empty. I agree about doing what we know we need to do before going to a doctor; too often it is just how we are neglecting our bodies that keeps us down.
