Life sometimes gets in the way...

In the last few weeks I have been as diligent as I had been. I have had a few things pop up in my life that have brought be down. I am trying to be upbeat about it, but in the end it still brings me down.

We also went out of town for the last two weekends and that played havoc with my weight loss.

throughout this whole adventure I have not been able to get below 245, that seems to be my plateau.

Last night I was thinking that really need to be back on track and said when I get up today that I am going get back on track and really try hard to get to my goal weight.

In August we are doing a river raft regatta with some friends and I want/need to be in shape for that.

And by the way when I weighed myself this morning... I was 245...

    Keep working at it. Eat lots of salads, that usually gets pounds off for me. Lots of water, too. More fruits and vegetables. Using the food tracker faithfully can help you see where you can make changes. emoticon
