Daily Visualization

Wednesday, March 27, 2013

Today, visualize going in for a checkup at the doctor and receiving a completely clean bill of health. How does it feel to know you did all the right things to live your best life? What can you do today to get one step closer to your healthiest self?

I can't even imagine that at this point. I'm sittiing here with a tummy ache again. I've been living with abdominal pain for so long again, I almost forget what it's like to not have it.

I need to do everything I can to reach this goal again. I didn't run yesterday - a whole pile of reasons. Okay, go ahead. Call them excuses. It all amounts to the same thing - No running.

I need to fix that today.

I wish that one day I could go to the doctor and have them tell me that everything is cured. But there are so many things wrong with me, it isn't even funny. So I can image what you're going thru. I have fibromyalgia, and there isn't anything that can be done to cure it, and it just sucks. It makes me hurt sometimes so badly, that I don't even want to get out of bed. So I know the pain of not being able to get in that exercise because it hurts to much. But I do love your visualization. One day I hope to not feel pain again. That would be just so wonderful.
I do hope that one day soon, the doctors will tell you that you're not going to have pain anymore. Nobody should have to live with pain every day. I know that. And I do so wish you all the best and hope your abdomen pain will go away real soon. Just remember, you shouldn't feel bad that you're in pain and can't get that run in. Remember that you are doing something active to try to make yourself better and hopefully pain free. And that is what you should focus on, not the fact that you missed a day or even a couple of day, but that you are doing it. emoticon

When you're visualizing remember not to ruin your positive thoughts by focusing on the negative of the now.

You are doing great! Hope your tummy feels better soon and you can lace up those sneakers for a run in the near future!

Keep visualizing good things. Don't get down on yourself for not running, just don't get out of a good habit.

Hope doc says that all is well and that your tummy starts feeling good soon.
