So I am just about 2 weeks away from the dreaded day that my gym membership runs out and I am truly on my own. It is scary really as I am still holding at the same weight since September and really can not get rid of the last 5 lbs. But the more I think about it the more optimistic I am. I have taken the right measures over the last few weeks and will continue to do so once my membership ends (or so I hope). Over the past 4 weeks I have started to wake up earlier and incorporate a short morning workout before work as well as filling in work out dvds on non gym days and running on the weekend which I had rarely done previously. I am starting to feel even more energetic and confident with myself and really hope I can continue that on without the help of a personal trainer. To help supplemental the gym sessions I will be missing I purchased 2 groupons (with left over groupon dollars i have had for months and never used). One for a 1 month unlimited to my local yoga studio and another 5 passes to a martial arts style bootcamp for women near my house. I am hoping it will all pay off by this summer and i can truly be comfortable on the beach again. Scratch that, IT WILL PAY OFF! I CAN DO THIS!!!

    YOu can do it. there are lots of things you can do outside of the gym, But I like you find the gym makes it easier. And yes it will pay off!
