I can't believe that last week I was hoping for the week to go by so quickly and this week I want it to go slow! Its already Wednesday! I've done Jillian Michaels 30 day shred two days this week. I took a day off yesterday cause I didn't think my shoulders could handle another push up! But I took the dog for a walk and she was so happy to go! So I did get some cardio in. The hills around here, especially my parent's driveway sure do make your legs work! I did some shopping yesterday too and stocked up on healthy snacks and veggies. Since my parents have been gone there wasn't much fresh food. I didn't want to shop too much, trying to use what they have. But I need fresh veggies and bananas! There are cheezies downstairs I am pretending I don't know about so having some healthy foods in the house are much easier to grab.
It has been quite a working holiday for me. The dog is used to her routine so she makes sure I get up at 7am, and I have to get her breakfast and medication all ready for her. It is still winter here, but yesterday was really nice out. Today there is snow again. My parents are coming back tomorrow night so I plan on having a nice healthy home cooked meal for them. Of course on a holiday they've been eating so much delicious foods, but I know they'll be happy to have something hot and ready when they arrive tomorrow night. Its been a good week and I'm going to keep it up! I love doing the Jillian Michaels workouts! Its a very intense 20mins but you sure do feel it!
